Techborder was founded by David Regal in 2003 after graduating with highest honors in his Electrical Engineering class at University of Florida. He felt confident that he could offer excellent computer and software engineering services with his knowledge from professors in various Electrical Engineering classes and from his job experience at an internet company.
While Techborder was founded in 2003, in 2013, after years of working in a corporate environment, we decided to take our business to the next level by dedicating 100% to working for clients creating great software.
We can offer to you our engineering, online marketing and software experiences from years of working at Intel, UTC Aerospace Systems and other high-tech companies. By being agile, we can do this at a lower cost and higher quality than bigger companies.
We offer Social Media and online marketing for a very competitive rate. Allowing our clients to pick from a 3 tier system deciding how much attention they would like their online presence to receive.

About Rebecca Regal
Rebecca joined Techborder when we became an LLC in 2013. She leads online marketing and assists with design. With her innovative approach to business that will drive growth, she sees ways to help that others overlook. She has been married to David since the spring of 2009.
